Chose peu commune, ce cr\u00e9mant a \u00e9t\u00e9 caraf\u00e9 avant d\u2019\u00eatre associ\u00e9 avec le cabillaud. Le but \u00e9tait surtout de faire ressortir le c\u00f4t\u00e9 vineux de ce cr\u00e9mant \u00e9lev\u00e9 24 mois en demi-muids et 24 mois sur lattes<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pinot noir F 2015 \u2013 servi avec un filet de canette, sauce laqu\u00e9e au gingembre. Ce Pinot noir issu d\u2019une vieille parcelle du Grand Cru Frankstein a prouv\u00e9 qu\u2019il faisait d\u00e9j\u00e0 partit de la cour des grands. Provenant d\u2019une parcelle au sol granitique, il aura n\u00e9anmoins besoin d\u2019encore un peu de vieillissement pour d\u00e9montrer tout son potentiel.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lieu-dit Frauenberg 2016 \u2013 servi sur un duo d\u2019amuse-bouche, cet assemblage de Sylvaner, Riesling et Pinot gris est une premi\u00e8re. En effet, ce vin est non seulement pas un vin de c\u00e9page mais il est \u00e9galement vinifi\u00e9 en nature (sans ajout d\u2019intrants mis \u00e0 part une infime dose de SO2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En plus des incontournables que ce sont le Riesling Grand Cru Frankstein et le Pinot noir Quintessence, cette soir\u00e9e a permis de mettre en avant des accords mets\/vins surprenants auxquels nos convives n\u2019auront s\u00fbrement pas pens\u00e9.
