Cette cuv\u00e9e exceptionnelle, dont sa production ne peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque mill\u00e9sime, a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un climat particuli\u00e8rement ad\u00e9quat (la s\u00e9cheresse du mill\u00e9sime permettant aux raisins de passeriller).\u00a0 Ce poss\u00e8de un nez complexe, expressif, compos\u00e9 de notes d\u2019agrumes confites ainsi que de miel et de fruits jaunes. Un vin rond, riche et soyeux gardant une belle fra\u00eecheur et \u00e9l\u00e9gance autour d’un fruit\u00e9 d\u00e9licat. Il se mariera tr\u00e8s bien avec un foie gras, un fromage \u00e0 p\u00e2te persill\u00e9e de type roquefort, ou une tarte au citron.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text]

Un nez intense et complexe, d\u00e9clinant des notes d’agrumes, de miel et de fruits m\u00fbrs type coing, p\u00eache et mangue. Une fin de bouche ample et g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse surprenante de fra\u00eecheur. Il est moins aromatique et plus l\u00e9ger que son comp\u00e8re le Gewurztraminer, gr\u00e2ce notamment \u00e0 une trame acide typique du Grand cru Frankstein.<\/p>\n
